I think I like #3 best, but they are all good. PC users probably won't be able to see your tan color too well. It will probably just look white to them. Looks good!

I would go with #2 but shorten your gap before your header. It's a little dramatic, and causes a lot of gab before your navigation. #1 and #3 have too many color changes with the extra lines.
